Our warehouse, production, logistics and office teams work closely together, in a way that belies the size and output of the company. With an all-hands-on-deck ethos, nobody at RED is too busy or too important to roll-up their sleeves and get their hands dirty when needed!

Russell Cohen

As the newly appointed CEO of RED Distillery Ltd, Russell brings over 30 years of leadership experience across commercial, operational, and supply-chain functions within the industry, including senior roles at HG & Co/Burlington Bottling, Houston Bottling & Co-Pack, Benchmark Packaging, and Myers of Glasgow. His career reflects extensive experience driving growth, efficiency, and innovation within the spirits, FMCG, and packaging sectors.

Tim Dearden

Tim’s business acumen and strategic insight, make him the perfect CFO for RED Distillery. With an extensive background in finance and a keen eye for new product development, he has been instrumental in steering the company’s direction and driving its remarkable growth.

Neil Patterson

Neil, our Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, brings 25 years of international drinks expertise to the helm of our operations. His deep understanding of flavour, aroma and balance has established him as an expert in drink flavour creation, setting the standard for our products.

Robyn Patterson

In her role as Co-Founder and Chief Compliance and Customer Officer, Robyn leads her team to achieve our AA BRC rating, the highest possible certification. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure quality and assurance for our clients, a rarity in such a fast-paced industry. With 22 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including running wine competitions, Robyn has a deep insight in the ever-evolving drinks market.

Douglas Howard

As Co-Founder and Chief People Officer, Douglas brings decades of experience operating in high-pressure environments. His ability to navigate complex challenges and unwavering commitment to excellence ensure our operations run seamlessly and our clients’ most demanding requirements are consistently met. By recruiting and developing highly qualified professionals who uphold RED and BRC’s exacting quality standards, Douglas ensures every team member has the skills and confidence to perform at the highest level.

Tom Hills

Tom, our new Chief Commercial & Operating Officer, graduated with a Biochemistry degree in 2013 just as the new “gin craze” was poised to really get going and decided that then was as good a time as any to throw himself at becoming a distiller. Science and machines always fascinated him, however since these early days in the industry Tom has become a leading commercial and operational leader.
